Superb Hotel for a Relaxing Holiday!

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes! The hotel has tennis courts. I enjoyed a match. The pool area has twenty loungers, and I found a shaded section. I also found daily animation shows, which improved my entire stay. The reception staff was helpful, and the buffet manager, Mr Mohamed, showed real care. The animation team organized games. It was fun!

The hotel boasts multiple restaurants plus beach bars that served drinks throughout the day. It was nice. The shared beach was great for swimming. I found a lot of space, also the hotel offers excursions that can be arranged onsite with Ali.

The staff members are friendly and ready to address our needs! They changed my room quickly. This completely improved my experience. I really thank Mr Awad from guest relations. He listened to my needs.

Wonderful Stay at Adults-Only Retreat

The animation team provided fun, lovely entertainment each day. Reception staff were helpful. They managed to extend my stay despite the hotel being fully booked. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor dinners and the quiet, adults-only beach area. Security was vigilant and polite, preventing us from getting in the wrong taxi.
The gym has old equipment, and I noticed new machines are needed.

The hotel offered various activities daily.. there was always something engaging. The heated pool provided a relaxing experience. The Shisha lounge area was a nice spot to unwind in the evenings.

The buffet offered plenty of choices daily. The Diamond Restaurant had the best food on Sundays. This may be due to the arrival of new tourists. The food ingredients were fresh.

The staff was attentive. They always made sure I had everything I needed. The food had a lot of variety. The grounds were well maintained, and I enjoyed WALKING around the gardens. The room was clean. It had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
The bathroom seemed a little dated and could benefit from some minor upgrades, though it was fully functional.

The buffet by the pool each evening offered a very good variety of dishes and themes, and the freshness of ingredients stood out. I also really liked the quick service at the snack bar. It was convenient.

i found the food selection excellent. the restaurant had many options (including a wide array of desserts!). the coral reef was easily accessible directly from the hotel's grounds.
the pool towels seemed old. several had tears (though they were still usable). the wi-fi was not free in the rooms. i had to pay extra for internet access.

The snorkeling location at the beach was acceptable. I guess it met some expectations. I did see fish.
The check-in process was hardly smooth. Three different staff members took over. Andrew was rude when I asked simple questions. The shower had mold, and the food quality was low. The ingredients seemed cheap.
